The Crystal Report Spellchecker is a great tool to have. It will allow you to keep your reports looking professional by minimizing the chances of a spelling mistakes. |

It has Auto-complete to help you quickly browse to the directory where your reports are located. |

Click the "Find Files" button to see a list of all reports in that directory. |
|
|
Use the "modified date" selection to show reports which have been modified on or after a certain date. This will help you spell check only the reports which have changed recently. |

Select a report from the list and click the Spell Check button. You will see a status on showing that the report is loading all the objects it will be checking. |

|
All spelling errors are displayed on screen for you to correct. |

Right-click on the underlined word for a list of options. You can choose from a suggested list of words, add the word to the ignore list, or add it to the custom dictionary. The name of the object with the error is displayed on the right. Click the "Find Next" button to continue spell checking the remainding objects. |
